Basically, if you see something but want a different version or matching items,just send me a message and we’ll work together to see if we can get what youwant. Items come from a smoke-free but not pet-free home. But the dogisn't very good with jewellery pliers, so he doesn't have much part in theconstruction process! I use natural gemstones and beads in my pieces and I likethat they have inclusions and the imperfections of nature. Hopefully, youcan see the variation in beads in my photos.
Paying for your goods
I accept Paypal payments. Please be assured that at no stage do I seeyour personal banking/card details and they remain secure at all stages of thetransaction. If you have any problems with the payment process,please let me know and I’ll do what I can to help. To avoid any delay inreceiving your items, please check that both your Paypal and any deliveryaddresses you input on the shop site are the same. If they aren't, I'llalways contact you to check which address to send the item(s) to. This isjust in case someone is impersonating you! If I don't hear from you aftera couple of days, I'll mail the item(s) to your Paypal address, just forsafety's sake.
Gift items
Want the item(s) delivered to someone else? No problem, just let me knowthe name and address in an email or message. Blue Forest Jewellery itemsare ideal as special gifts, and come beautifully gift wrapped in a deep bluepouch. To save trees, I don’t send a receipt with purchases, so therecipient won’t get any price details. If you want me to include a cardor a special message for someone, just let me know.
