Delivery Information
Items are posted outMonday - Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm.
UK Public Holidays - Items will not be sent out on public holidays but will be sent out on the next working day.
For custom dread kits it can take a while to make so please allow 1-4 weeks for us to suit your needs.
When your dread kit is complete we will send it off immediately for you.
All other items will be sent out as soon as the payment clears and should get to you between 1-3 business working days.
If you pay via cheque it could take up to 5 working days for the payment to clear.
If you are buying from outside the UK it could take 6-8 business working days to get to you.
We keep a hold of Proof of postage until the package is received.
For custom dread orders we now send them all 1st Class Recorded, so you can be sure your item gets to you and wont go missing in the post.
And yes! its still free for UK customers.
Returns Policy
Unfortunately we do not hold a refund/return policy for hygiene reasons, unless your item has been damaged in the post.If you have a problem with your item please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
In any special cases all items must be returned before a refund can be given.
