A.Yes all our parts are tested and so are certified to be in perfect working order, and ready to be used on your machine.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Credit/ Debit Cards, PayPal, Google Checkout, Cheques, Postal Orders.
Q. Do you keep a record of my Credit / Debit details?
A. No, your details will only be used to enter the initial payment and will not be stored or retained.
Q.I don't have a PayPal account or a Google account can I pay by Cheque or postal order?
A. Yes Cheques and Postal Orders made payable to: MR JULIAN GILBERT and sent Via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery are accepted. Items will only be posted once funds have cleared.
Q.I have looked on your wonderful site and am so amazed at how good a service you provide but I have a part that isn't listed, what can I do, can you still help?
A.Yes, of course, just email us your request and we check our stock as not everything we have is listed. Such things like small screws have been categorized but not listed in some cases. Just put a request in and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q.What if I find a package that has been damaged in transit or via Royal Mail?
A.That I'm afraid is not our responsibility but we will still put a claim in for you to Royal Mail but cannot guarantee you a full refund unless we receive anything from Royal Mail.
Q.I purchased a part from you which allowed me to get my engine running but whilst using it I touched the exhaust and burnt my hand, I want compensation?
A.I'm sorry to hear this but these are normal hazards with all machinery and with all hazards associated with the use of garden and outdoor powered machinery which are always included in your machines user manual and does not leave us liable.
