To order from either - Antiques et Cetera - Maxines Collectables - GroovyCart Jewellery 4 U - GroovyCart Gifts 4 U or Silver Jewellery 4 U - just add your item / items to the shopping cart - you can either phone or send an email to antiques.etcetera@btinternet.com and let us know the item and order number and we will invoice you with all the details.
We send all items in the UK by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and the rest of the World Royal Mail for small packets up to 2 Kilo's and Parcel Force for larger items by International Signed For.
HOW WE PACK - We would like, at this point to tell you how we pack. For large or breakable items we double or triple wrap each item with
bubble wrap or similar and use either polystyrene 'S' chips and / or shredded paper and encase in a polystyrene lined box, which we place in either a single, double or even a triple box, then completely tape over.
One of my customers recently commented when they received their item, that it was so well packed that 'I probably lost 3 lbs in
weight', opening the packages and another said it was 'Bomb proof packaging'

We provide the option of a full refund, within 7 days, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those items ordered.
Should you wish to return your goods (within 7 days) - postage and packing must be paid for by the buyer.
