HOW TO GIVE FEEDBACK
When you have made a purchase and received it you should get an email with a link direct to the feedback page, but if you don't then -
1) The buyer needs to login to the shop that they purchased from.
2) Top right, click on "Control panel".
3) Then click on "Order History".
4) Then scan the list for the order and there should be a link "Give Feedback"(assuming the order is in the correct state) i.e. order sent or finished.
5) Click the "Give Feedback link".
The Feedback page will be displayed.
a) Select number of hearts.
b) Type any comments.
c) Hit "Submit Feedback".
