* It has been re-mounted and framed in a gold bordered mount and gold frame
* Signed by the artist Addison
* In excellent condition and ready for hanging
* This water colour was painted prior to this well known country mansion downstairs being converted into a restaurant
* Possibly the only painting available showing the building prior to it's change of use
* This has been in my possession for the last 15 years
