Looking after your crystals

To keep charged crystals working you will need to regularly cleanse them and dedicate them to your use.

Cleansing your crystal

Crystals quickly absorb negative energy and so need to be cleansed. This can be done by washing the crystal under running water and then placing it in the sun or moonlight to recharge - unless the crystal is delicate, layered, soluble or friable in which case it can be placed in brown rice overnight. Judy Hall recommends Petaltone Clear2Light followed by Crystal Recharge available in our crystal section.

Dedicating your crystal

When you receive the crystal it has been cleansed and charged for you. Hold it in your hands and ask that it will work with you for your highest good. If you have a specific purpose in mind state that and ask the crystal to work with you to fulfil it.

Charged crystals should be wrapped when not in use to preserve the programming.
