Delivery Information
All items ordered before 6pm will normally be sent out the next working day, once payment has been received. Any orders received after 6pm will be sent out the following day. Items ordered after 2pm on friday, saturday and sunday will be sent out the following monday.UK delivery by 1st class Royal Mail postage.
Delivery time 2-4 working days.
USA delivery by Airmail
Delivery time 6-9 working days.
Cards are posted out in an A5 card backed envelope.
Jewellery and trinkets will be posted in a jiffy bag.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely happy with what you have ordered please email me asap (so I know to look out for it), and return it unused and unopened within 14 days of receiving it and a full refund will be given once I have received the returned item.Earrings will not be refunded unless they are sent back in the cello bag with the seal intact.
Return postage will not be refunded.
