Delivery Information
We currently deliver to Mainland Britain only. Delivery is by courier and is at a fixed price of £5.99 per order. We aim to deliver within 4 working days of order confirmation. (This does not include weekends and Bank Holidays). If you require delivery sooner, please contact us and we will see what we can do.If you have not received your order within 4 working days of your despatch email, please contact us.
Returns Policy
We hope you will love your party bags. If for any reason you are dissatisfied please contact us as soon as possible.Goods should be returned in their original packaging with the individual bags unopened. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We will issue a refund (if the above criteria is met) less delivery costs.
If your goods arrive damaged please contact us immediately so that we can organise replacements and return of the damaged items.
