Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can send your item back. Unused with all tags still attached. This must be done within 7 days of the items delivery date. Once we have received the unused item a refund minus VHP actual postage costs will be processed and issued within 30 days of receipt. Items should be returned securely packaged and insured. We will not accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in transit.
If you live outside of the U.K you can still return your item within 10 days of receipt.
