Who is Kid Adrift?
Appearing out of nowhere in the Summer of 2009, Radio1 DJ Vic Galloway who discovered the likes of Franz Ferdinand and Biffy Clyro was already proclaiming Kid Adrift to be "Probably the hottest unsigned act in Scotland...being chased by everyone...he's got every A&R man in the world after him" and all this only 3 months after Kid Adrift first sharing his wide-eyed music with the world.

The mysterious Glaswegian's brand of Dubstep/Post-Rock/Pop -written, recorded and produced by himself- is appearing solely through word of mouth everywhere from the cover of industry magazine Record of the Day to storming the Reaction Record feature on Zane Lowe's Radio 1 show. Support from Nick Grimshaw, Vic Galloway and Huw Stephens on Radio 1, Tom Robinson and George Lamb on BBC 6 Music as well as XFM has created the excitement that Kid Adrift may for the first time be taking the underground phenomenon of Dubstep to the mass audience.

Having mastered his Debut EP "LED Illusions" at Abbey Road Studios (out 19th October on Euphonios Records) and being offered gigs from Glastonbury to Reading he has decided it is time to take the show to the road and is rehearsing with a full band for the first Kid Adrift live shows to co-incide with his first release.
