Your shop statistics
It is important to have information about the progress of your shop to see how each product is performing, therefore allowing you to make decisions about product prices, descriptions and images. All these processes help you get the best from your products and marketing material. if a product has very few hits you may want to change the description to include more key words and add relevant tags or if a product has had many hits but no sales you may want to reduce the price.
A really useful piece of information we provide is a list of websites that link to your shop, advising you of the number of visitors, where they have come from and what pages they are looking at. This is an excellent way of discovering how potential customers find your GroovyCart shop, enabling you to focus your marketing.

Product hit graphs: These give you an 'at a glance' view of how often your products have been viewed over the last few weeks. If you have run a promotion, either online or offline, this will give you a good indication as to whether your promotion has been successful.

We display a graph showing daily hits, orders and unique visitors to your shop and then show if you have run a promotion or sent out a newsletter on any particular date, allowing you to see the effect these events have had on your shop's statistics.
We review the stats from your shop and compare them to how other shops are doing, then give you hints and tips on how you could increase sales and attract more customers to your shop.

Google Analytics
