Google Merchant Error
Your product is listed on GroovyCart.
However, when we tried to upload your product to Google an error was returned, which means your product may not appear on Google search.
Generally, this message will indicate a missing mandatory field (e.g. GTIN - EAN, ISBN, UPC or JAN unique field, missing). You must provide this information in order to get your product on Google search. This is a Google requirement, your product will still be listed on GroovyCart.
If your shop sells products which don't have a GTIN - EAN, ISBN, UPC or JAN unique id or brand then, as an exception, we can raise an exemption with Google on your behalf, which Google have to approve. In this case, contact support@groovycart.co.uk.
Sometimes Google will send back the error message "Invalid item" or "Bad request". This normally means Google have disapproved the product because it does not meet Google's editorial guidelines. We suggest you review your product description, and optional fields, and tweak the text. For example, Google objects to poor spelling, unnecessary use of punctuation, offensive or inappropriate language, etc.
View what Google have to say about this on their help manual: http://www.google.com/support/merchants/bin/answer.py?answer=188483If Google returns "Not Found" then we suggest you simply save the product and it will be re-uploaded.
Tip: the more information you provide the higher ranking you will get on Google search.
